Great product, my mom loves it, she plays tennis and she finds it has strengthen her knees.

2 out of 5 stars Would be great if it did not break less than a month after I recieved it!   March 31, 2010

I received this stepper Mid-January and less than one month later the cable that wraps around the pulley device broke off of the machine while I was using it. I almost fell off of the machine. I really was enjoying the stepper as an extra workout, but I am very unhappy that I got less than one months use and I have not been able to contact the company to inquire about a replacement.

These are all basically the same. They are great for keeping your butt firm, but are certainly not a "total" workout. I like it because it is small and quiet, so you can be on it while you are on the phone or watching t.v.. Like others have said, it is stiff at first, but after several steps, the shocks warm up and move easier. I would recommend this to a friend.

Like the other reviewer I was very happy with the stepper and I used it almost everyday. But only about one month later the wire cable broke, so I called the customer service and they replaced me with another cable. I thought this one would last, but it only last for 3 times exercise and borke AGAIN! I am very disappointed and hoping I can return this product.

I've only had this stepper for a month and it already broke. I am very very disappointed. Don't bother.
