Supports up to 300 lbs and is a great lower abdominal workout. $7 bucks when i got it but it is worth $30+.

I use it mostly for abs. Works as stated & very comfortable.. this is my 4th week using it morning & night.. I'm impressed with my progress.. Highly recommended!

Put the bar on the bedroom door and I'll do as many as I can walking in and out. Good add on to the pull up bar
